  1. Below are the guaranteed service availability thresholds:
    • from 8:00 to 22:00: 99.0% (average over 30 days)
    • from 22:00 to 8:00: 90.0% (average over 30 days)
  2. The technical assistance service is active 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The following times for taking charge of requests for assistance are guaranteed:
    • from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00: within 3 hours of receiving the request
    • from Monday to Friday from 20:00 to 8:00 of the following day and on Saturday and
    • Sunday: within 9 hours of receiving the request
