The Management Dashboard allows Admins to manage Groups, Users, and Certifications, while also providing oversight of all learning activities within a Space
The Dashboard is available in Space with a Pro or Enterprise Plan, and to public K12 schools that have claimed their Space.
You can upgrade your subscription from the Plan Settings.
The Dashboard consists of five main sections:
- Analytics: It lets you view key user data, like course progress based on learning performance and total training hours, showing all time spent learning on the platform.
- Groups: This section lets you view and manage Groups, including creation date, member count, and status (active or inactive). You can also activate, deactivate, or duplicate Groups with their contents.
- Users: Here you can manage all accounts in the Space. For each user, you can view their email, group memberships, and registration date
- Staff: manage permissions for Staff members in the Space, including creating new Groups or accessing the Dashboard
- Badges: you can award Open Badges or NFTs to recognize learning achievements, like completing all course modules, gaining new skills, or rewarding top participants in the learning community.
Only Space Admins can access the Dashboard. Manage the permissions to access the Dashboard from the Staff page.
