To access the Group Notifications section, click on the three dots ⋯ to the right of the Group name and select Manage notifications from the drop-down menu:
From here, you can choose whether to receive notifications related to Group activities:
- via app, through a platform notification that alerts you in real-time about everything happening within the Group
- via email, through a message sent to the email address associated with your WeSchool account, so you can stay updated on Group activities even when you’re not connected to WeSchool
Each Group member, whether an Instructor or a Learner, can independently manage how to receive notifications related to the Groups they belong to.

Specifically, for app notifications, you can choose from the following options:
- All notifications to receive updates on the main activities of the Group and its members
- From Instructors only to receive updates only on Instructors activities within the Group, including responses to your Posts and Comments
- No notifications to avoid receiving updates on Group activities and its members
All notifications is the default setting for app notifications in each Group.

For email notifications, you can choose from the following options:
- Daily summary to receive daily updates on the main activities of the Group and its members
- Weekly summary to receive weekly updates on the main activities of the Group and its members
- No emails to avoid receiving updates on Group activities and its members
Daily summary is the default setting for email notifications in each Group.
You can manage app notifications and email notifications based on your needs: for example, you can choose to receive only app notifications or disable email notifications in a Group where you are always active and connected.
