You can change the settings from any section of the Dashboard by clicking on the three dots icon at the top right. From the dropdown menu, choose whether to access the General Settings or the Staff Settings:
From here you can customize the appearance of all the Groups associated with your school and add, remove or modify the cover image and badge that teachers and students will see in all Groups:
Confirm the customization by clicking on the SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the page.
From here it is possible to assign permissions to manage Groups and the Dashboard. In particular, you can allow a specific user to:
- associate a New Group with your school: when this user creates a new Group, he will be able to associate it to your school. However, remember that this user will not be able to access the Dashboard
- access the Dashboard to manage users, Groups and monitor the Analytics
To assign permissions to a user click on the + ADD button at the top right: select a user from the list and choose whether he will only be able to create Groups or also access the Dashboard.
Click on the CONFIRM button to add the user to the Staff:
Please note that you can always manage the permissions given to the Staff from this section: for example this function will be useful to remove a teacher who has changed school.
To change permissions, click on the three dots icon next to the user's name and then click on Manage permissions. Then assign or revoke permissions by clicking on it and confirm your choice:
