- Google Docs is ideal for collaborative writing and note-taking. Instructors can leave comments and provide feedback, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
- Google Sheets allows the Group members to work together in real-time on data-driven projects, such as tracking experiment results, creating charts, or analyzing statistical data.
- Google Slides enables sharing and collaborating to create online presentations. Instructors can use it to deliver lessons interactively, incorporating multimedia elements like videos and images.
- Google Forms is perfect for creating surveys, conducting assessments, and gathering opinions, while all responses are automatically collected and organized.

Embed Google Docs, Sheets, Slides in WeSchool

Open the Google Doc, Sheet, or Slide you want to embed and make sure you’ve set the correct sharing permissions.
Google Sharing Settings. Please note that a Public resource can viewed by anyone, while a restricted resource will require the user to authenticate.

Now click on Share and then Copy link:

Get back to WeSchool, open the picker to embed resources and select Google Docs, Google Sheet or Google Slides:

Paste the link you’ve copied from Google and click Add Link:
All the Group members will now be able to view and collaborate on the Google resource.
Embed Google Form

Open the Google Form and click on the Send in the top right:

Copy the sharing link of your Google Form:

Get back to WeSchool, open the picker to embed resources and select Link:

Paste the link to the Google Form from and click Add Link:
All the Group members will now be able to access the Google Form survey and carry it out directly on WeSchool.
