- from 8:00 am (CET) to 10:00 pm (CET): 99.0% (average over 30 days)
- from 10:00 pm (CET) to 8:00 am (CET): 90.0% (average over 30 days)
- The technical assistance service is active 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The following times for taking charge of requests for assistance are guaranteed:
- from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am (CET) to 08:00 am (CET): within 3 hours of receiving the request
- from Monday to Friday from 08:00 pm (CET) to 8:00 am (CET) of the following day and on Saturday and Sunday: within 9 hours of receiving the request
