Zoom best practises: how to start a videoconference

Installation

1. Download and install WeSchool app from App Store (https://apps.apple.com/it/app/weschool/id1451504331) or Play Store (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.weschool.androidapp)

Usage

1. Open the app and create your own profile (or use an existing one) by clicking REGISTER
2. Complete the registration process and login to WeSchool app with your credentials
3. Create a new WeSchool group by clicking the icon “+” in the top right corner in YOUR GROUPS page
4. Click NEW GROUP
5. Fill in all the information required (Group name, Group typology, Subject, Nation, School city, Cover picture, Invitation link)
6. Select Zoom from the dropdown menù in top right corner and then click START VIDEOCONF

Uninstallation

1. Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
2. Click Manage > Installed apps or search for the WeSchool app
3. Click the WeSchool app
4. Click Uninstall
