The registration of an underage user with WeSchool varies depending on whether the user is invited:
- To join a WeSchool group associated with a school
- To join a WeSchool group NOT associated with a school
The association of a Group to a school starts from the creation of the group. If you need, you can follow this tutorial to create a Group on WeSchool.
Underage learners invited to a Group associated with a school
To invite underage learners to a Group associated with a school you can choose between:
In both cases, underage users must be registered by the parent or legal guardian, who will accept WeSchool’s conditions of use.
Inviting learners via email
To invite underage learners via email, click on the + Invite button in the participants’ box on the Wall:
Now from the Invite section in Group settings, click on Learners under Personal invitation and enter your learners’ email addresses; confirm by clicking on Invite:
The learners will receive an email (ask them to also check their spam folder!) with which the parent or legal guardian will be able to complete their registration. After clicking on the link, select “I’m an underage Learner, Accompanied by a parent”:
Now the parent or guardian must fill in the first form with their personal data (not the data of the underage user), accept WeSchool’s conditions of use (the first check is mandatory, the second and third are optional) and click Continue:
If the school has not designated WeSchool as the User Data Processor, the following conditions will appear in the registration form. For the purpose of the registration, nothing will change: the first check is obligatory to be able to access the service, while the next two are optional:
Now the parent or legal guardian must enter the data of the underage user and click Register:
Inviting learners with Invitation link or Group code
To invite underage learners via Invitation link, click on the + Invite button in the participants’ box on the Wall:
Now from the Invite section in Group settings, copy the link to access your Group. You can find it under Invitation Link, click on the icon next to it to copy the link:
Share the Invitation link to the learners’ parents (or directly to the learners, if you do not have their parents' contacts) or provide them with the Group code, which they must enter from here and then click Register:
By clicking on the link or entering the Group code, the parent or legal guardian will be taken to the Registration page and must select “I’m an underage Learner Accompanied by a parent”:
Now the parent or guardian must fill in the first form with their personal data (not the data of the underage user), accept WeSchool’s conditions of use (the first check is mandatory, the second and third are optional) and click Continue:

PLEASE NOTE: learners will receive an email to confirm their email address (ask them to also check their spam folder!). Only once the email address has been confirmed, the account will be correctly activated.

By clicking on the link, the parent or legal guardian will reach the following page to be completed with their personal data to activate the underage user’s account (the first check is mandatory, the second and third are optional):
