I'm a underage user: how to request authorization to access WeSchool

If you are an underage user, you must receive approval from your parent or your legal guardian before accessing WeSchool.

The approval flow will change depending on the type of Space you’re to join:

  • if you’re joining a business Group, not associated with a Public School, you must be authorized after signing up
  • if you’re joining a Group associated with a Public School, you must be authorized while signing up
  • Read here the full underage registration procedure for Business Space

    After signing up, enter your credentials from the Login page to ask for approval. You can choose between:

    • sharing the activation link with a parent or a legal guardian. You can copy the link and directly share it with them
    • sending the approval request via email. You can enter your parent’s or your legal guardian’s email and click on Send.

    This page will prevent you from accessing WeSchool until you receive the approval. Once your account is authorized, you will be able to log in and use WeSchool.

  • A parent or guardian will be asked to approve your account while signing up. Click on the invitation link, then select I’m an underage Learner, Accompanied by a parent. Then, complete the underage registration procedure for School Spaces as explained here.
