Getting Started as a Teacher or School Principal

Welcome to the Getting Started section dedicated to Teachers and School Principals of public K12 schools and universities.

In this section, we will guide you through the registration of your account until you subscribe to the Free Plan for your school. In this way, you will be able to:

• make the most of your school's Space for free
• manage Instructors and Learners within the classes

If you are a Teacher or a School Principal, you can request the Free Plan for your school.

How to sign up for WeSchool 

• ENTER YOUR DATA ✍️

  You can register on WeSchool as a Teacher or School Principal from the following registration page. Here, fill out the registration form with your personal data:

  • First and Last Name
  • Email
  • Date of Birth
  • Password

  Make sure to choose a password of at least 12 characters with a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols, avoiding common words or sensitive data: 

  

  Next, accept the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy for the Processing of Personal Data (the first checkbox is mandatory) and choose whether to receive communications about WeSchool products and services (the other two checkboxes are optional).

  Finally, click on Register and start the trial!

  To complete the registration, you must confirm your WeSchool account by entering the security Code sent to your email address:

Create the Space for your School

• INFO ABOUT THE FREE PLAN 🤌

  Before proceeding, here’s everything you need to know about the Free Plan to create your school’s Space and use all the interactive tools of WeSchool:

  • it is dedicated exclusively to Teachers and School Principals who teach in public K12 schools or universities 
  • it does not have usage limits in terms of licenses for individual users
  • it includes advanced features such as the Dashboard once it has been claimed

  K12 schools and universities can also request a Pro Plan at a discounted price, saving 20% with the Education discount. Email sales@weschool.com for more information!

  Now that you have completed your account registration, you can request the Free Plan!

  To do this, you can follow this tutorial that will guide you step-by-step in creating the Space dedicated to your K12 school:

  

• CLAIM YOUR SCHOOL’S SPACE 🏫

  At this point, you only have one final step: claiming your school’s Space to unlock all its features!

  A claimed Space offers much more than an unclaimed Space. By claiming the Space, you will be able to: 

  • access the Dashboard
  • manage the Space Settings, including pages dedicated to Customization, Staff, and Plan
  • move Groups within the Space

  You can claim your school’s Space for free by following this tutorial. Once claimed, the Team of WeSchool will activate the Space and you will receive a confirmation email.
