Welcome to the Getting Started section dedicated to the Admins of WeSchool!
An Admin is the user who creates the Space, and manages the Plan, users, and Groups. For instance, an Admin can monitor various metrics related to courses and educational activities of the communities, change the roles of Space members, and customize the layout of the Space.
In this section, we will guide you through the registration of your account until you create the Space for your company. In this way, you will be able to:
- customize various graphic elements such as colors, badges, Space cover, and much more
- use the Dashboard to manage communities, Space users, and view key metrics to track educational goals
How to sign up for WeSchool
To sign up for WeSchool as an Admin, first, you need to create your WeSchool account: you can follow the following steps to do so.
If you already have a WeSchool account, you can log in using your credentials (username and password) from the Login page and proceed directly to creating your Space.

ENTER YOUR DATA ✍️
You can register on WeSchool as an Admin from the following registration page. Here, fill out the registration form with your personal data:
- First and Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Password
Make sure to choose a password of at least 12 characters with a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols, avoiding common words or sensitive data:
Next, accept the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy for the Processing of Personal Data (the first checkbox is mandatory) and choose whether to receive communications about WeSchool products and services (the other two checkboxes are optional).
Finally, click on Register and start the trial!

First Steps as an Admin on WeSchool

Now that you have successfully registered your account, it’s time to create your Space!
A Space is a private and highly customizable environment that you can use to organize training courses for employees or colleagues through WeSchool learning communities.

It’s time to customize the Space to match WeSchool’s graphic layout with that of your company!
You can customize various elements of your Space, including:

ACCESS THE DASHBOARD 🎮
After customizing the Space, explore the Dashboard and discover all its features!
The Dashboard is the control panel of the Space and gathers all information about the communities and users of your company.
Only if you have subscribed to the Pro or Enterprise Plan can access the Dashboard. If you have subscribed to the Lite Plan, you can upgrade to the Pro or Enterprise Plan from the Plan settings.
Only the Admin of the Space and authorized members can access the Dashboard. You can assign or revoke Dashboard access permissions from the Staff section of the Space.
Here are the features in detail:
- through the Analytics, you can view real-time activities within the communities (hours of training provided, content viewed, and much more) and monitor the engagement rate over time
- through the Groups section of the Dashboard, you can get a complete overview of all the communities within the Space and their current status
- through the Users section of the Dashboard, you can see a summary of all Instructors and Learners within the Space and manage their roles within the communities
- through the Badges section, you can issue and assign Open Badges or NFTs to the users of the Space once they have achieved specific learning objectives such as completing a course or acquiring a new skill
