Through the Staff section of the Dashboard, Space Admins can manage or edit Staff permissions, as well as add or remove authorized members.
To access the Staff management page, you have several options:
- you can click on Dashboard from the sidebar above the My Groups section:
- you can click on the three dots ⋯ next to the Space name and select Dashboard from the dropdown menu:
In both cases, click on Staff to view the list of members enabled as Staff for the Space, along with their assigned permissions:
If you have subscribed to the Lite Plan, only the Staff section will be accessible. Upgrade to the Pro or Enterprise Plan to unlock all sections of the Dashboard.

How to add new Staff members
From the Staff section, you can add a Space member to the Staff by clicking on + Add staff member and choose whether to:

To authorize a user to create new Groups within the Space, select him from the Add Staff window, after clicking on + Add staff member, and click on Confirm:
Use the search bar to find the Space user to add as Staff.

Next, select Update permissions to allow the selected user to autonomously create new Groups within the Space:

By doing this, the user:
- will be able to create new Groups within the Space, as the✅Group creation option is enabled by default
- won’t be able to access the Dashboard, as the❌Dashboard access option is disabled
You can remove permissions from the selected Staff member by disabling the❌Group Creation option; this will prevent the user from creating Groups within the Space and will remove the user from the Staff section.

Next, enable the Group Creation option to allow the selected Staff member to autonomously create new Groups within the Space:
