How to add resources to a Module

WeSchool enables users to add all kinds of resources so you can mix different types of content in a Module to design a unique learning path.

Here’s a breakdown of the resources you can add:

  • A text editor integrated into WeSchool

  • An Exercise or Test published in the Group
  • A file from your device, a link, an image, a PDF
  • A SCORM file

Here are the supported SCORM file versions: 1.2 - 2004 1st release - 2004 2nd release - 2004 3rd release - 2004 4th release.

  • A resource uploaded to Google Drive or Dropbox
  • A Video from your device or from YouTube or Vimeo

A file from Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

To get started, create or access a Module and click Add Content.

Now can choose one of following options to add resources:

  • To add web content, like a YouTube video or a Wikipedia page:

    1. Open the web resource and copy the link from the address bar 
    2. Paste the link
    3. Click the arrow button next to the link

  • To add a file, such as a Word document, PDF, or an image:

    1. Find the file on your device
    2. Drag the file while holding down its icon into the Module
    3. Drop the file into the empty space within the Module. The file will be instantly added to the Module

  • You can choose the type of content to add from the dropdown menu:

    1. Click the + button to the left of the link bar
    2. Scroll through the menu and choose the type of resource
    3. Follow the instructions for each resource type. For example, select a video from your device or choose which exercise to attach
