Instructors can invite Learners to a Group through:

How to Invite Learners via e-mail
To invite Learners to join a Group via e-mail, you have several options:
- you can click on Invite in the top right corner of the Wall:
- you can click on the three dots ⋯ next to the Group name, select View Participants from the dropdown menu, and click on + Invite from the Group Members section:
In both cases, an invitation window will pop up and by selecting Learners under E-mail, you will be able to enter the email addresses of the Learners to whom you want to send the invitation to the Group:
PLEASE NOTE: you can add other Learners to the Group by clicking on Import Learners and selecting the Groups where the Learners you want to import are in.
After that, Learners will receive an e-mail through which they will be able to sign up and access the Group.
How to invite Learners via Invitation link or Group Code
To invite Learners to join a Group via Invitation link or Group Code, you have several options:
- you can click on Invite in the top right corner of the Wall:
- you can click on the three dots ⋯ next to the Group name, select View Participants from the dropdown menu, and click on + Invite from the Group Members section:
In both cases, an invitation window will pop up and from the Group invite link section, you will be able to edit the Group code before sharing it or copy the Invitation link and share it with the Learners:
PLEASE NOTE: you can disable the Invitation link or Group code by clicking on Enabled to make it Disabled. In this way, Learners will not be able to join the Group via the Invitation link or Group code.
