Spaces with no active Plan are automatically blocked. As a result, users will temporarily be unable to access Groups if their Space is blocked.
Generally, a Space is blocked when:
- the Free Trial period has expired
- the Plan has been cancelled
You must activate a new Plan to unblock the Space and continue using WeSchool.
Below, you can read in detail how to unblock the Space depending on whether you are an Admin of the Space or an Instructor or Learner of the Space.
I’m an Admin of a blocked Space
As an Admin, you cannot access the Groups of a blocked Space. You will see a message informing you that the Space is blocked:
From here:
- click on Update plan to be redirected to the Plan Settings where you will be able to activate a Plan that matches your needs
- click on Book a Demo call to schedule a demo of the platform with the Team of WeSchool
You can reach out to the Team of WeSchool and request an additional trial period by clicking on Extend trial period:
I’m an Instructor or Learner of a blocked Space
As an Instructor or Learner, you cannot access the Groups of a blocked Space. You will see a message informing you that the Space is blocked:

- click on Contact admin to open the Chat with the Admin of the Space and inform him that the Space is currently blocked
